In the event that the borrower is characterized as “Uncooperative”, the Company, on behalf of the beneficiary of the claim, informs him in writing of this fact within 15 calendar days of the decision being made.
This characterization entails the risk of auctioning off the borrower’s main residence through legal proceedings that the Company could initiate on behalf of the beneficiary of the claim in order to seek the collection of his claims, regardless of whether the property has been marked to secure these claims. Also, it may result in his exclusion from special beneficial provisions of the legislation (Law 3869/2010 and Law 4354/2015) and from any advantages that he may receive if he cooperates in finding an appropriate solution (such as refraining from legal actions , possible debt relief, etc.).
