NPA Servicing is duly licensed and supervised by the Bank of Greece (Credit & Insurance Committee Decision 505/20/28.06.2024) pursuant to Greek Law 5072/2023, as in force, and the Executive Committee Act225/1/30.01.2024
WHAT WE DO
NPA Servicing offers comprehensive NPL management services to financial institutions and investors, aiming at maximizing recoveries, and, therefore, returns for its clients, through the pursuit of suitable, viable and socially responsible resolution strategies for borrowers, by applying industry-wide best practices and in compliance with the legal and regulatory framework in force.
