Actions the borrower can take if he disagrees with his designation as “Uncooperative”

The borrower is entitled to submit an objection within 15 calendar days of being informed of his/her categorization as “Uncooperative”, following the Objection Examination Procedure established by the Company. The borrower can appeal to this stage once after each application of the ECJ.

The decision of the Appeals Committee is provided within three months from the submission of the appeal by the borrower, in writing and fully documented. In the event that the objection is accepted, the Company will notify the corrective actions it intends to implement.
