The Arrears Resolution Procedure (ARRP) determines the way of managing and dealing with borrowers with overdue debts as well as borrowers with an indication of a possible delay. In the context of cooperation and trust, it allows the timely finding of the appropriate solution in order to achieve the orderly repayment of debts.

The DRP applies and applies to all borrowers, first debtors, co-debtors and guarantors and includes 5 stages:

  • Stage 1: Contact the Debtor
  • Stage 2: Gather financial and other information
