NPA Servicing S.A. is an independent servicer of non-performing loans and credit receivables originated by Banks and Financial Institutions in Greece. NPA Servicing is duly licensed and supervised by the Bank of Greece (Credit & Insurance Committee Decision 505/20/28.06.2024) pursuant to Greek Law 5072/2023, as in force, and the Executive Committee Act225/1/30.01.2024.

At NPA Servicing we have long and in-depth collective expertise that spans across the full spectrum of wholesale and retail banking activities – from loan origination through to the entire loan management cycle, complemented by a strong in-house legal infrastructure, comprising high-caliber professionals with deep understanding and experience in judicial and extrajudicial recovery of non-performing exposures.
